Appointments once booked are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled within 3 days of the original session date.

If you cancel within the 3 day grace period from booking, you will need pay for an entirely new booking.
Bookings are non-refundable and must be paid in full in order to secure your date. Payments are non-transferrable and are not valid for alternative dates.
Clients are given a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If your arrival extends past the allotted grace period time, you will be charged a $30 late free.
